A very pleasant eating experience. What is a little bit difficult to find as there are no signs and many of the security guards did not know the place. The service was excellent, and the waiters were very courteous. The manager came to check if everything was OK, which is really exceptional. The food was very tasty and the portions generous. The free tasting of the butternut soup was a nice addition. Just note â that a 10% service charges charge is included in your bill, but they still placed at the bottom for gratuity. Usually a service charges levied then they should be no gratuity.

A gentleman who appeared to be either the owner or the manager also stopped by to ask how we were enjoying our meal. His genuine interest and attentive service added a special touch, especially since it was my first visit. Pigalle santon Treat yourself. And take someone you really like with ,The butternut soup snack was a surprise, and delicious. My steak was perfect. Fish was amazing Having the tables spaced further apart is such a win and opens up the dining space for all to move freely. Each dish arrived beautifully presented and packed with flavour Food, service and atmosphere was brilliant 100% will i go again most definitely very nice and cosy just love that place ,making it memorable dining experience keep up guys
We celebrated our anniversary at Pigalle Sandton, and I honestly havenât seen finer dining anywhere in South Africa. The food was exquisite, full of rich flavor and beautifully presented. Service was top class, thanks to our wonderful waitress Vuyiswa, who made the evening extra special. Truly world-class from start to finish!
First and foremost the service is impeccable. And atmosphere relaxing. Went as a group from work and everyone seemed quite pleased. The waiters were professional, patient and quick to attend to us. Food is quite good. Gave us a roll and complimentary butternut soup which was sooo good I bought some to take home. Had the full chicken , prawns, vegetable medley, beef fillet. Dessert was great , rich and tasty. Mocktails were very sweet but nonetheless tasted amazing
The soup starter was lovely and the waitrons were very friendly and accommodating. There was however an unexpected 50 minute wait time for just two meals despite the restaurant being nearly empty. I found the chicken kebab to be a bit bland but the choose chicken was good.
The server proudly mentioned that Pigalle is âworld-renowned for their shellfish,â and he couldnât have been more right. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary cup of butternut soup and freshly baked rolls; a thoughtful touch. The seafood and steak were both outstanding, expertly prepared, and well worth the price. Be sure to save room for dessert, itâs the perfect ending to a memorable meal. Highly recommended!
Incredible. Simply incredible. A touch of class. From the moment we walked in we were met with incredible service and a friendly smile. The food was delicious. A must recommend for anyone. I had the seafood platter which came with a baby lobster which was perfectly cooked. Their peri peri sauce is out of this world - I wish I asked them to baste my lobster and prawns with it. A great selection on the menu which will satisfy the most picky of eaters. Decor looked class. Adequate seating and spacious. Fair priced although they do implement a service charge. Only thing id recommend is having a high chair for babies/children.
